CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOW

ALQUIMIA has a 24-hour cancellation policy.   I understand that everyone's time is valuable and things come up, but each time a client misses an appointment another client is prevented from receiving care.  In order to avoid paying a late cancellation fee please cancel or reschedule your appointment before 24 hours of your appointment.

If cancellation/rescheduling occurs between 24 - 12 hours prior to appointment, a 50% of the service fee + a processing fee will incur.  If the cancellation is made within twelve (12) hours of the appointment the fee will than be 100%.  This 100% will also apply to anyone failing to show up to their appointment.

Health insurance DOES NOT cover cancellations/no show fees.  Individuals  will be responsible for any late cancellations/no show payments.
